Cinnabon & Auntie Anne's 5th Avenue Mall, Anchorage, AK

We re looking for a strong Multi-Unit General Manager to lead our Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon locations inside 5th Avenue Mall.

The Role

You ll oversee day-to-day operations for both brands, driving sales, guest experience, team performance, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of both locations (staffing, scheduling, inventory, food safety, cash handling, and brand standards)
  
• Building and developing high-performing teams across both concepts
  
• Delivering excellent guest experiences while meeting or exceeding sales and labor targets
  
• Ensuring consistent execution of brand standards for both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne s
  
• Handling local marketing, community engagement, and mall relationship management
  

Who We re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  
• Multi-unit experience is a plus but not required
  
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and maintain high operational standards
  
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
