Location: East Manchester and Hanover Pennsylvania

Compensation: $80K - $120K + Bonus + Benefits

We're partnering with a fast-growing, high-performing QSR franchise group operating multiple locations across the Northeast. This organization is known for its people-first culture, operational excellence, and strong leadership team, with a clear focus on growth, development, and performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Multi-Unit Leader to step into a high-impact role overseeing multiple locations and directly influencing the success of the business.

The Role

As a Multi-Unit Supervisor, you'll take ownership of several restaurant locations, leading operations, developing talent, and driving financial performance. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in building a strong, scalable operation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support multiple restaurant locations across NJ/PA
  • Drive operational excellence and execution of brand standards
  • Own and improve key performance metrics (speed, service, guest satisfaction, etc.)
  • Coach, develop, and elevate General Managers and leadership teams
  • Manage full P&L performance including labor, food cost, and controllables
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic improvements
  • Ensure best-in-class guest experience across all locations
What We're Looking For
  • Multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or high-volume restaurant environments
  • Strong operational background with a hands-on leadership style
  • Proven ability to drive results through people and performance
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing P&Ls
  • Passion for team development and building strong cultures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
