Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans across multiple learning areas.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and social-emotional growth.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support individual development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Utilize educational technology and classroom resources to enrich learning experiences.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements
- Previous teaching experience with young children; experience across multiple age groups preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
