As a(an) Multicraft Maintenance Technician with TriStar Horizon Medical Center you can be a part of an organization that is devoted to giving back! Job Summary and Qualifications You will be responsible for the daily operations of the facility's central energy plant, and the main plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system. Utilizing a working knowledge of boilers, chillers, and other plant equipment, and ensures the plant consistently runs efficiently, safely, and smoothly.What you will do in this role:You will operate boilers in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring proper water chemistry, alternative fuel operations, and safety equipment functionality.You will operate the chiller plant in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring proper operating pressures, temperature differentials, and water chemistry.You will operate medical gas source equipment in a safe and efficient manner ensuring proper operating parameters, equal equipment run times, and safety equipment functionality.You will operate air distribution equipment (AHUs) in a safe efficient manner, ensuring proper air pressurization, space temperatures, and equipment cleanliness.You will interact with facility management leadership for reporting.You will monitor the plant equipment to ensure it remains in optimal working order, and repair or replace equipment as it becomes necessary.What qualifications you will need: No Travel Required No experience Required Years of Experience Benefits TriStar Horizon Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
