Join the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) team, where you'll contribute to groundbreaking innovations! We are seeking applicants for an entry to mid-level Systems Engineerto join our Strategic and Military Space Division. SDL is seeking a Multidisciplinary Systems Engineer to support Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) satellite missions. This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico on the premises of Kirtland Air Force Base.
This engineer will be an integral member of a joint Government and contractor team that operates in a dynamic, energetic, and collaborative environment that emphasizes growth. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic, driven self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and desire an opportunity to influence and develop SmallSat systems. This is a rich opportunity to rapidly mature your technical/mentoring skills by being involved in every aspect of small satellite design including, documentation, analysis, fabrication, integration, testing, launch, and operations.
