Multifamily - Assistant Project ManagerAssist in planning, coordinating, and managing multifamily construction projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. Support the Project Manager with daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Provide support in the preparation of project reports and presentations.A successful Multifamily - Assistant Project Manager should have: a background in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple aspects of construction projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
