With a strong project pipeline and a culture centered on collaboration, they provide exceptional opportunities for career growth and professional development.Job DescriptionManage all phases of ground-up wood-frame podium multifamily projects from preconstruction through final turnoverDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controlsCoordinate with superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, ownership groups, and subcontractorsLead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout activitiesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitor project progress and proactively mitigate schedule, budget, and quality risksFacilitate owner and stakeholder meetings while maintaining strong project communicationEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectationsTrack project financial performance and provide accurate forecasting and reportingSupport project closeout, punch-list completion, and turnover activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
