Job Description
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Oversee the quality assurance process and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful multifamily construction project manager should have:
- Experience managing multifamily construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
