Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Join a growing general contractor to lead a ground-up multifamily project in South Florida. This role requires an experienced Project Manager who can drive budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing project delivery from preconstruction through completion.

Description

* Manage a ground-up 8-story, 110-unit multifamily construction project.

* Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

* Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved.

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.

* Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Profile

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.

* Ground-up multifamily construction experience.

* Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.

* Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling expertise.

* Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software.
