Description

  • Lead large-scale ground-up multifamily and podium construction projects ranging from $30M-$60M
  • Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve challenges to maintain schedule and financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, accountability, and responsiveness
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and cost reporting
  • Collaborate with field leadership to deliver projects that exceed client expectations

Profile

  • Proven experience managing large-scale multifamily construction projects, ideally $30M+ in value
  • Experience with ground-up multifamily, podium, mid-rise, or similarly complex vertical construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
