Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance with industry standards. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to client requirements. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth progress. Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to report on project status and resolve challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and daily reports. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on-site.

2+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects. Experience with garden-style, podium, wrap, student housing, or mixed-use developments preferred. Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing and project logistics. Experience managing large subcontractor teams and multiple trades simultaneously. Knowledge of site development, wood framing, structural systems, and building envelope construction. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
