The Multifamily Construction Superintendent will lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will oversee all on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate daily on-site activities with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Profile

A successful Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Project size ranging from $15M - $25M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective team coordination.
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly and maintain project timelines.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
