The successful candidate will demonstrate strong client management abilities paired with construction expertise to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of experience as a Project Manager on mid to large-scale new multifamily construction projects
Strong project management and construction controls expertise
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience with garden-style, mid-rise, or podium-style multifamily projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance
Oversee subcontractor selection and performance management
Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements
Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
Communicate regularly with clients, ownership, and internal teams
Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Conduct site inspections and progress tracking
Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
