Job Description
The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:
- Lead multifamily construction projects through all phases of development
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Administer owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and supplier commitments
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Support value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Review and approve subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices
- Prepare financial forecasts and project status reports
- Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to schedule and budget objectives
- Partner with field teams to resolve project challenges and maintain progress
- Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs
- Manage project closeout activities, turnover documentation, and warranty administration

The Successful Applicant
The Multifamily Construction Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Experience managing multifamily construction projects valued at $5 million or greater
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, safety practices, and contract administration
- Experience with project management and construction software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial management and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multifamily construction projects
