Description

The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily developments from preconstruction through occupancy. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful residential communities.

A rapidly growing developer-builder focused on luxury multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout the Midwest.

Description

  • Manage multifamily projects through all lifecycle phases.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones.
  • Lead owner and stakeholder communication.
  • Review contracts, pay applications, and change orders.
  • Ensure quality control and project compliance.

Profile

  • 5+ years of multifamily construction experience.
  • Experience managing ground-up residential developments.
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
  • Familiarity with Procore and construction management software.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
