Multifamily Project Manager (Developer)

Description

* Manage multifamily renovation and ground-up construction projects from planning through completion.

* Coordinate consultants, contractors, permitting activities, and project stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting documentation.

* Review plans, specifications, contracts, and construction progress for quality and accuracy.

* Lead meetings with ownership, local authorities, design teams, and project partners.

Profile

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or developer.

* Multifamily renovation experience involving amenities, exteriors, and common areas.

* Experience supporting new commercial or ground-up construction projects.

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

* Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Offer

Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 base salary + bonus
