We are hiring experienced Multifamily Residential Electricians for a new ground-up apartment construction project just getting started in Morgan Hill.
This is a long-term opportunity supporting all phases of electrical installation from underground and rough-in through trim-out and final devices.
Ideal candidates have strong experience working on apartment complexes, condos, or townhome developments and can work efficiently in a production-style environment.
Responsibilities
- Install conduit, boxes, and wiring for multifamily residential units
- Perform rough-in for apartments and common areas
- Pull wire and set panels
- Install switches, outlets, lighting, and fixtures
- Read blueprints and electrical layouts
- Support service equipment installation
- Assist with feeders and distribution systems
- Follow NEC code and jobsite safety standards
