Description
- Oversee multiple projects ranging from $25M-$150M+.
- Lead project strategy, financial oversight, and execution.
- Manage client relationships and business development efforts.
- Direct Project Managers, APMs, and support staff.
- Ensure project profitability and successful delivery.
- Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Profile
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Strong multifamily and commercial construction background.
- Experience managing large, ground-up developments.
- Proven leadership of project teams.
- Strong business acumen and client-facing skills.
