Job Description
Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules and sequencing of work. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct daily site inspections and subcontractor meetings. Track progress and proactively address field challenges. Coordinate inspections, punch-list activities, and closeout processes. Collaborate closely with Project Management and Operations teams. Maintain project documentation and daily reporting. Drive project completion while meeting budget and schedule goals.

The Successful Applicant
Required Experience: Superintendent experience on multifamily projects. Ground-up construction experience. Ability to manage projects independently. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
Preferred Qualifications: Podium or large-scale multifamily experience. Wood-frame construction experience. Strong scheduling and quality control background.
