Multifamily Superintendent - Central New JerseyThe Multifamily Superintendent - Central New Jersey will:Oversee daily operations on multifamily construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership and direction to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase of construction.Monitor project budgets and assist in cost tracking and forecasting.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, client, and subcontractors.Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise and make decisions to keep the project moving forward.Provide detailed reports on progress, potential risks, and delays to senior management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
