Description

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from start to finish.
  • Supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
  • Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily project reports and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily should have:
