The Superintendent will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Ideal but not required - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience building Multifamily Construction Projects as a Superintendent, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient with construction software applications.
