Multifamily Superintendent | Growing Developer | Carolinas

Lead the construction of large-scale, wood-framed multifamily communities across North Carolina and South Carolina. This role offers ownership of a project from sitework through completion, supported by Assistant Superintendents and backed by a growing, vertically integrated organization with a robust development pipeline.

Description

• Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects from sitework through turnover.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive project execution to meet schedule and budget goals.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Assistant Superintendents.
• Mentor and develop field staff on assigned projects.
• Maintain clear communication with ownership, consultants, and project teams.
• Support seamless transitions between current and upcoming projects.
• Travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina as project needs require.

Profile

• Proven experience leading ground-up, wood-framed multifamily projects.
• Experience on apartment communities valued between $40M and $80M.
• Ability to manage projects from early sitework through completion.
• Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated project success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years with recent employers.
• Experience delivering Class A garden-style multifamily communities.
• Background working for established multifamily general contractors or developer-builders.
