If you are looking for a reputable contractor that offers career growth, work-life balance, and exciting multifamily projects, please apply for immediate consideration.Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Construction Superintendent will:Lead the on-site team from construction start through project closeoutProactively identify and help remedy design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issuesCommunicate and interpret contract scope to the entire site management teamConduct preconstruction meetings with subcontractors prior to each phase of workCreate, maintain, and update project production schedulesReview and assist in developing scopes of work for subcontractorsAdminister and enforce the project's Quality Control PlanReview and approve invoices, requisitions, and subcontractor progress paymentsEnforce safety protocols to ensure the jobsite consistently adheres to OSHA standardsSupervise and evaluate field personnel while maintaining a positive and productive work environmentCoordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholdersMaintain project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change order logsCommunicate regularly with owners, project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are achievedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
