Construction Multifamily Superintendent - North JerseyOur client is a well-established general contractor based in New Jersey. They specialize in a variety of construction - ground up multifamily and various commercial projects throughout Northern New Jersey.The Construction Multifamily Superintendent - North Jersey will:Oversee daily operations on multifamily construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership and direction to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase of construction.Monitor project budgets and assist in cost tracking and forecasting.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, client, and subcontractors.Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise and make decisions to keep the project moving forward.Provide detailed reports on progress, potential risks, and delays to senior management.The Construction Multifamily Superintendent - North Jersey should have:10+ years of construction superintendent experienceMust have experience building ground up wood frame multifamily projects of at least $10MOSHA certification preferredDemonstrated success leading projects and managing a large teamMust have at least 2.5 years spent at each job listed on resume to be consideredThe Construction Multifamily Superintendent - North Jersey will receive:Competitive base salary $110-140K depending upon experience levelDiscretionary bonus structure upon project completionTruck allowance monthlyCell phone and laptopPaid time off and sick daysExcellent benefits - health, medical, vision, dental401k plan available
