Description

* Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up affordable housing projects

* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, quality control, and daily operations

* Drive project schedules and coordinate construction sequencing activities

* Maintain strong communication with project teams, consultants, and ownership groups

* Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives

Profile

* Superintendent experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction

* Affordable housing experience strongly preferred

* Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

* Experience working with reputable general contractors or developers in Florida

* Familiarity with CMiC, Autodesk, Textura, or similar construction management platforms

Job Offer

Salary: Up to $150,000+, fully negotiable based on experience.
