Job TitleSuperintendent for Ground-Up Multifamily DevelopmentJob DescriptionSupervise on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow. Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with goals. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project progress. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders. Multifamily construction experience required. Experience with wood-frame multifamily construction. Ability to independently manage field operations. Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills. Familiarity with project management software and technology platforms. Previous experience on projects valued between $20M-$40M. Experience leading apartment, podium, wrap, or wood-frame multifamily projects. Openness to regional travel assignments following project completion.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 115,000. Discretionary performance-based bonus.
