Qualifications: Appropriate NJ ESL/Bilingual Certification

Responsibilities: Minimum Job Requirements

A minimum of five years of experience working with ELLs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Provide technical staff development and performance feedback.

Design, and implement curriculum, assessments, and teaching methodologies appropriate to ELLs.

Able to multitask and function effectively in a fast paced environment.

Conduct presentations during In-Service professional development.

Use data to identify student learning trends, set goals, monitor and modify instruction, and increase student achievement in accordance with school/districts improvement plans.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Program Duration: 2026-2027 School Year

Hours: 8:25 a.m. 3:05 p.m.

Salary: As per collective bargaining agreement (Pending Availability of Funds)
