About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Producer/Editor to join our content and creative team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can take projects from concept through delivery; producing, shooting, editing, and creating compelling motion graphics that engage audiences across digital, social, marketing, and corporate channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong production expertise with a designer's eye, understands modern content trends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are equally comfortable operating a camera on set, editing in post-production, creating motion graphics, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing multiple deadlines independently.

Experience working within a corporate environment is essential, with the ability to balance creativity, brand standards, stakeholder feedback, and business objectives.

What You Will Do

A. Core Editing Skills

• Video Editing Proficiency - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Davinci Resolve and experience delivering content across digital, social, web, broadcast, and internal communications channels
• Storytelling Ability - Can identify the strongest narrative from raw footage, transform complex topics into compelling visual stories, and edit with audience objectives and business goals in mind
• Technical Post-Production - Media organization and project management, proxy workflows, and exporting/delivery for multiple platforms and formats

B. Motion Graphics Skills

• Adobe After Effects - Animation of typography and graphic elements, logo animation, lower thirds and title package creation, corporate presentation graphics, social media animations, kinetic typography, and shape layer animatio
• Motion Design Fundamentals - Understanding of timing and spacing, principles of animation, visual hierarchy, composition and layout, typography best practices, brand consistency, and use of transitions that support storytelling
• Asset Integration - Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop assets, ability to prepare layered files for animation, understanding of vector workflows, basic compositing and masking techniques

C. Design Competency

• Visual Design Knowledge - Strong sense of composition, typography expertise, color theory understanding, layout and graphic design fundamentals, and the ability to create visually balanced frames
• Brand Design - Experience working within established brand guidelines, ability to maintain visual consistency, understanding of corporate brand standards, and experience creating content for multiple stakeholder groups

What You Need to Be Successful

A. Professional Experience

• 5-8 years professional experience, preferably from a creative agency, in-house brand studio, corporate communications team, production company, or media organization

B. Software Knowledge

• Required - Adobe Suite to include Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Preferred - Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender, KeyShot, and proficiency with AI tools

C. Soft Skills & Professional Traits

• Communication - accepts feedback professionally, communicates project status proactively, collaborates effectively with creative and non-creative stakeholders, and can explain creative decisions clearly
• Accountability - Meets deadlines consistently, takes ownership of projects, requires minimal supervision, and follows through on commitments
• Organization - Excellent file management, Project prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong attention to detail
• Resilience - Handles changing priorities, performs well under pressure, adapts to stakeholder feedback, and maintains quality while managing deadlines

D. Corporate Environment Experience

• Demonstrated experience with executive-facing projects, marketing and communications teams, brand governance, legal and compliance review processes, multiple stakeholder approvals, managing ambiguous feedback, fast turnaround requests, and balancing creativity with business objectives

Bonus Points if You Have

• Demonstrated experience with Unreal Engine, Substance 3D, Redshift, or Octane Render

• You are willing and able to travel (valid passport), for domestic and international work needs
• Ability to work out of our New York, NY HARMAN office 3+ days per week
• Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours may be required.

Salary Ranges:

$ 90,750 - $ 133,100
