Description

Responsible for supporting level 1 audiovisual and video conferencing events for selected campuses. Maintains an equipment inventory list. Performs minor repairs and monthly maintenance on the audiovisual and video conferencing equipment. Updates training laptops with the latest image, providing phone support to clients. Picks up selected audiovisual equipment after large events. May be required to provide onsite support at other sites upon occasion.

Estimated pay range for this position is $25.37 - $32.98 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial).

Additional Qualifications:

• COMPTIA A+ certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid Florida Drivers License.
• Excellent customer services, written and telephone skill sets.
• Advanced skill sets in MS Outlook and Skype meetings.
• Intermediate skillsets in MSWord, PowerPoint Excel and SDE (IT trouble ticket tracking software).
• Introductory level knowledge of audiovisual systems.
• Some exposure of graphic design applications such as Adobe Photoshop.
