Job Summary: Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Multimedia Specialist to support Public Affairs (PA)/Visual Information (VI), Knowledge Management (KM), and Multimedia services for the Commander Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP) Public Affairs Office.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design, build, and maintain SharePoint collaboration sites for a headquarters-level organizationCreate and customize site templates, taxonomy (metadata and information architecture), and automated workflowsDevelop custom sites, master pages, page layouts, web parts, display templates, and brandingBasic Qualifications:Security Clearance: SecretBachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experienceMust have experience creating visual content across digital and video platforms, including video production, photography, and graphic design. Must be able to take CNSP public affairs-approved stories/text and transform them into engaging visual content through video, photography, and design using a variety of methods such as composition, lighting, color, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.Must have the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging multimedia content for diverse audiences.Must have experience adapting content for multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency and message alignment.Must have experience managing full-cycle video production, including pre-production (concept development, storyboarding, shot lists, logistics), production (on-location filming, lighting, and audio capture), and post-production (editing, sound design, color correction, color grading, and final delivery).Must have strong storytelling ability and the ability to effectively use B-roll to enhance narrative and engagement.Must have the ability to produce short-form video content and visual assets optimized for digital platforms such as DVIDS, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.Must have understanding of platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and engagement-focused editing styles.Must have experience working under tight deadlines, including quick-turn or same-day content delivery when required.Must have the ability to manage full production timelines from pre-production planning through final delivery.Must have strong video editing capabilities, including sequencing, audio mixing, sound design, noise reduction, EQ balancing, and audio enhancement for clear dialogue and professional output.Must have experience with color correction and color grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual results across projects.Must have the ability to deliver finalized content in multiple formats for print, web, social media, and internal distribution.Must have advanced knowledge of DSLR cameras, studio lighting equipment, and lighting techniques.Must have the ability to shoot high-quality footage in dynamic environments while maintaining proper exposure, focus, and composition.Must have experience capturing professional-grade audio using lavalier microphones, shotgun microphones, and external audio recorders during production when needed.Must have the ability to properly set up and light interviews for both photo and video production.Must have the ability to work independently in the field and make real-time technical and creative decisions.Must be comfortable transporting, setting up, and operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment in dynamic environments.Must maintain strong file organization, naming conventions, and archiving practices for photo and video assets.Must have working knowledge of file formats, codecs, compression settings, and delivery specifications for web, social, and broadcast.Must be willing to travel occasionally to support CNSP PA tasking.Preferred Qualifications:Degree in MIS, CIS, or Computer ScienceMCA: Microsoft SharePoint certificationFamiliarity with SECNAVINST 5720.44C (Navy Public Affairs Policy and Regulations)
