Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout our facility. You will combine physical material handling with the operation of industrial powered trucks (forklifts) to support receiving, production staging, and shipping operations.

A successful candidate prioritizes safety, maintains high attention to detail for inventory accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Skillset & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Will train the right candidate with no experience.

Competencies: Strong attention to detail, solid basic math skills for counting inventory, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Pay: 

• 1st shift starting pay: $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 3rd shift - $2.00 Shift Differential
• Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase per pay period based on perfect attendance
• Bi-weekly

Performance Incentives: 

• Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 90 days based on performance
• Ability to earn up to $1.00/hour increase at 6 months based on performance

• Safely operate and transport materials between various locations

• Must be able to climb and work in elevated areas
• Ability to lift up 50lbs and stand/sit for extended periods of time
