    Title: Municipal Project Manager

    Location: Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona (Onsite)

    Experience: 8+ Years

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Municipal Project Manager to lead

    multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and delivery of

    complex municipal infrastructure and site development projects. This

    role requires strong technical expertise, project management

    capability, and client relationship skills. The successful candidate

    will ensure projects are delivered with technical accuracy, regulatory

    compliance, and high-quality standards while meeting scope, budget,

    and schedule expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage and direct the design and delivery of municipal

    infrastructure projects including water, sewer, stormwater, roadway,

    site development, and parks/recreation

    - Lead preparation of basis of design reports, feasibility studies,

    preliminary and final engineering design documents

    - Develop construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

    - Serve as primary client liaison including scope development,

    contract negotiation, and presentations

    - Manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans ensuring on-time

    and on-budget delivery

    - Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies

    - Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and permitting requirements

    - Perform QA/QC on design deliverables ensuring technical accuracy and

    constructability

    - Mentor and supervise junior engineers, EITs, and CAD staff

    - Participate in business development, proposals, and client presentations


    Required Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required

    - Arizona PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months

    - Minimum 8+ years civil engineering experience with 3+ years in

    project management

    - Experience with municipal infrastructure (water, sewer, stormwater, roadway)

    - Proficiency in Civil3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD

    - Strong knowledge of municipal codes, standards, and permitting

    - Ability to manage multiple projects including budgets and schedules

    - Strong communication and leadership skills
