Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple municipal and public construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include:Lead municipal, public works, capital improvement, and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects throughout the Southwest Suburbs and ChicagoDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecastsCoordinate project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and design professionalsBuild and maintain relationships with municipalities, public agencies, architects, and ownersManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contract administrationMonitor project financial performance, billing, and forecastingConduct owner meetings and provide regular project updatesEnsure compliance with public procurement requirements, safety regulations, and quality standardsSupport preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project buyoutLead project closeout and warranty activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
