Founded in 1999, Norcon is a Chicago-based General Contractor that manages the construction of simple to complex commercial projects as well as high-end residential projects. Norcon completes work all over the country through our Chicago office. We pride ourselves on being client-focused, as well as a leader in today’s progressive construction industry. Norcon is accepting applications from Union Laborers. This role assists with day-to-day jobsite operations and works closely with field supervision and skilled trades to maintain safe, efficient work environments.
Candidates who live in or have strong ties to the North Lawndale community are encouraged to apply.
Hiring timing is dependent on project needs.
Assisting trades and field staff as needed
Handling materials and maintaining clean, organized jobsites
Performing general labor and site support tasks
Following all safety requirements and union work rules
