COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Part-time
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• Every other Monday: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional evenings and weekends for special events, as needed


ROLE IMPACT

Help create an engaging and memorable experience for visitors at a corporate experience center and museum. This role supports daily operations by welcoming guests, leading tours, answering questions, and ensuring exhibits are presentation-ready while delivering outstanding customer service.


• Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional guest experience.
• Lead guided tours for VIPs, community groups, and other visitors.
• Answer questions and share information about exhibits, company history, innovation, and culture.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including turning exhibits on and off.
• Support museum operations with light cleaning and general team assistance.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both small and large groups.
• Friendly, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude and the ability to follow established procedures.
• Able to stand and walk throughout a 44,000-square-foot facility for extended periods while assisting visitors.


Preferred Skills
• Automotive knowledge or enthusiasm for vehicles.
• Bilingual skills, including Spanish, Japanese, or American Sign Language (ASL).
• Customer service, hospitality, museum, tourism, or public speaking experience.
