LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
The Legislative Council is a statutory committee of the Legislature chaired in alternate years by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives and includes six additional members from each chamber. The Council staff provide a variety of nonpartisan bill drafting, research, computer and other administrative services to all of the members of both houses of the Legislature.
The Arizona Capitol Museum is part of the Legislative Branch and located in the historic Arizona Capitol building at the center of Arizona's state government complex in downtown Phoenix. The Museum uses artifacts, guided interpretation, virtual resources, interactive activities and public programs to educate visitors on Arizona''s governmental, political and social history. The Capitol Museum offers free admission and welcomes over 100,000 visitors annually, including 15,000 K-12 students.

Job Summary:
This is not a remote position. Museum Educators work a minimum of 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m and after hours are required.
Job Duties:
Museum Educators are the main providers of visitor interaction at the Capitol Museum and required to wear business casual attire.
