Purpose/Objective of the Role:
- Provide efficient and quality music camp hospitality
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Serve as campus liaison for assigned summer camps/conference groups and assist with general summer
camp/conference administration
- Serve as on-call representative for assigned groups for the duration of the groups' stays
- Follow-through on guest requests, concerns, and questions in a courteous and timely manner
- Lead or assist with camp operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Knowledge of OWU Campus, facilities, policies, and resources
- Strong commitment to hospitality and customer service
- Positive, accommodating attitude
- Punctual and independently motivated. Capable of working without direct supervision
- Must successfully complete pre-hire background check
- Must complete assigned Working with Minors training at time of hire
