Job Title: Ecumenical Music Director/Accompanist
Location: Malmstrom AFB Chapel, Great Falls, Montana
Key Responsibilities:- Provide piano accompaniment and music direction for weekly Catholic and Protestant services and rehearsals (minimum two services and two rehearsals weekly).
- Direct music for up to 14 annual special services and 6 funeral/memorial services.
- Coordinate with chaplains for music selection and rehearsal scheduling.
- Recruit and train volunteer musicians.
- Submit music selections weekly and rehearsal schedules monthly.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a worship music setting (Catholic or Protestant), with leadership preferred.
- Skilled in piano accompaniment, music arrangement, and sight reading.
- Ability to work respectfully in a diverse, interfaith environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
