About the Role:
Pearson House of Rock LLC is looking for a passionate and talented Music Instructor to join their team in Cornelius, NC! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate music lessons tailored to individual student skill levels
• Instruct students in one or more instruments (we offer guitar, bass, keys, drums), vocals, or music theory
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment
• Participate in performances and special events as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in one or more instruments (guitar, bass, keys, drums) or vocal performance
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or music instruction experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students of varying ages and experience levels
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
