About The Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a creative and professional General Manager to help administer Glee Music Academy in Lake Forest, CA. The General Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in Music and Music Education would be an asset. The required hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Ensemble Schools is a collaborative network of community-driven Music & Dance schools. While each school maintains its unique identity, they share resources to ensure collective success. This posting is for Glee Music Academy. Glee Music Academy is located in Lake Forest, and has been serving the local community with music lessons for over a decade. We have a clean, spacious, and beautiful music studio: complete with 9 teaching rooms, a recital hall, break room, and music lab. Our staff are warm, courteous, professional, and incredibly passionate about teaching music. Pay Range: $47,000-$52,000 per year with 5% profit sharing
