Front Desk & Office Coordinator — Join Our Music School Team!
Part-Time to Full-Time | $23-$24/hr to start | South Pasadena & San Marino
Encore Music is a fast-growing, family-run music school serving over 400 weekly students. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-loving team member to join our supportive and fun admin crew!
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome families, answer inquiries, and help students enroll
- Manage scheduling, email, and phone communication
- Update website schedule & teacher calendars
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
- Work closely with teachers and the director to bring our mission to life
Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing and Great with kids and parents
Excellent communicator (verbal + written)
Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
Loves music, education, and working with a team
Comfortable juggling tasks and solving problems with a smile
Schedule:
To start first month: M/Tu/Th 2–8pm + every other Sat 7:45–4pm (with room to grow to full time by 2nd month based on performance)
