Job Summary

Serve as the Music instructor. Under the direction of the School Principal, to provide a sound educational program utilizing the most effective instructional and motivational techniques, to work in close cooperation with students, parents, fellow teachers, and administrators, and to instruct, guide, supervise, discipline, and counsel; to enforce all rules, regulations, and policies of the state and local Boards of Education; to carry out all conditions, prescribed in the approved curriculum of the school and in the Education Code, and to perform other duties as required.

Must possess a credential that allows Music & Instrumental instruction. Appropriate CA Single Subjects Teaching Credential with English Language Authorization in the area of Music, or equivalent. Additional $2,000 for teachers holding a Master s. Additional $1,000 for current National Board Certification.
