Requirements / Qualifications

Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI Proof of Tuberculosis clearance Social Security Card for payroll purposes Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• Credential Copy (One of the following must be submitted: Valid California single subject music credential, evidence of application to CTC, a letter from your University stating you are "Intern Eligible", or an explanation as to why this requirement is not met.)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three)
• Resume
