Join Our Team as a Dynamic Music Teacher!

This position would also be accompanied with preffered subbing status for those looking to assist beyond the music curriculum as a substitute teacher.
Position: Music Teacher (General Music, Grades 4K-8)
Employment Type: Part-time: .20 FTE

Classes meet every Wednesday, providing a consistent opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and interactive music classes for students ranging from 4K to 8th grade.
- Create and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and musical abilities.
- Introduce students to a wide range of musical genres, instruments, and cultural influences.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to explore their musical talents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Wisconsin DPI licensure in Music Education preferred.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children.
- Strong musical proficiency and knowledge across different styles and genres.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
