Mystery Shopper - 1 Day Assignment

Penmac Staffing is seeking a reliable, observant Mystery Shopper for a one-day temporary assignment in West Plains, MO.
The Mystery Shopper will visit and interact with a financial institution as a typical customer, then provide objective feedback about the overall customer experience. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable evaluating service interactions.
Responsibilities

• Evaluate the overall quality of customer service
• Observe whether employees follow expected procedures
• Assess professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness
• Evaluate telephone skills and communication
• Review the overall quality and consistency of service
• Take detailed, objective notes about interactions
• Complete the required evaluation accurately and promptly after the assignment
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the assignment

• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to follow specific instructions and evaluation criteria
• Professional, discreet, and dependable
• Comfortable interacting with financial institution employees in person and by telephone
• Ability to provide objective, fact-based feedback
• Must be available to complete the full assignment on the scheduled day
• Candidates will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, credit check, and motor vehicle records search. Employment is contingent upon qualifying results.
