What You'll Do as a Nail Inserting Machine Operator:- Operate batching and nail inserting machines to produce plastic components
- Insert nails into plastic parts using automated or semi-automated equipment
- Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent production output
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and proper assembly
- Perform light metal stamping or batching tasks as needed
- Maintain production records and use ADP system for tracking
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Nail Inserting Machine Operator Role:- Ability to work in a manufacturing or light assembly environment
- Ability to operate or learn batching and nail inserting equipment
- Ability to handle small electrical components with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform light-duty work with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to use basic computer systems including ADP
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses and composite toe footwear
