The Nail Tech plays a vital role in delivering exceptional nail care services using natural and organic, as well as mixed types of products. Working as part of a large salon team, this professional provides clients with personalized manicure and pedicure treatments, artistic nail designs, and expert advice to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicure and pedicure services with attention to detail
• Create custom nail art designs tailored to client preferences
• Provide thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend treatments
• Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of natural, organic, and mixed nail products
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize salon operations
• Oversee inventory management for nail supplies and products
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty
• Promote and support retail sales of nail care products

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in nail technology
