Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The Nail Technician is responsible for providing manicure and pedicure services to clients based on their specific needs and preferences. The technician will be passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional nail service to enhance our guests' spa experience and promote wellness and relaxation. Commission based pay.

Experience and Education:

• Valid state license/certification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology
• Previous experience in a spa, high-end salon, or resort setting preferred
• Proven experience in nail care services and nail art
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, dip powder, etc.) according to spa standards and guest preferences
• Shape, clean, and polish nails while ensuring high hygiene and sanitation standards
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide hand and foot massages during treatments as needed
• Recommend nail care products and services to clients
• Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and products
• Ensure client satisfaction by listening to their needs and delivering personalized service
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Organizational Structure:

This position reports directly to the Spa Director.
