Calea Beauty is a full-service salon seeking a skilled, licensed Nail Technician/Manicurist to join our growing team in Fresno, CA (93722). This is a W-2 employee position (not chair rental). We provide all professional products, tools, and supplies—so you can focus on delivering beautiful results and an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures
- Provide gel services and essential nail care treatments in line with salon standards
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations per California State Board regulations
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the Calea Beauty team to maintain a positive, welcoming salon culture
Qualifications
- Active California Cosmetology License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional nail technician/manicurist experience
- Strong knowledge of nail care, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)
- Builder gel experience
- Overlay techniques
- Hard gel applications
- Russian manicure techniques
- Advanced shaping, cuticle work, and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour base pay + commission
